Ease stress and anxiety with this mindfulness-based stress reduction strategy

Oh, what it would be like to live stress-free, without pain, and to feel content. Would you believe me if I told you there was a way? This mindfulness-based stress reduction strategy is the way!

In a previous video about Vicarious Trauma, I mentioned that I would share a mindfulness-based stress reduction strategy, and today I’m fulfilling that promise.

So, if you know you suffer from loads of stress or if you experience pain that affects your day-to-day life, I want you to try this loving kindness meditation. Join me as I guide you through the meditation with reference to this script

Hit the play button, and sit back and relax, and let’s meditate.
